At TJ Resin Jewellery, we understand that keepsake and memorial pieces often contain irreplaceable and deeply meaningful materials. We are honoured to be entrusted with your precious memories and are committed to treating every item with the utmost care, respect, and professionalism.

Materials Accepted
We can incorporate a variety of sentimental materials into custom keepsake jewellery and resin artwork, including:
• Ashes
• Hair
• Dried flowers
• Sand and shells
• Fabric fragments
• Small keepsakes and charms
• Holiday souvenirs
• Other approved sentimental items
If you are unsure whether your item is suitable, please contact us before placing your order.

Sending Your Materials
Customers are responsible for securely packaging and posting all keepsake materials.
• We recommend using tracked courier services whenever possible, especially for irreplaceable items.
• TJ Resin Jewellery cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during transit to our workshop.

Quantity Required
Only a small amount of material is usually required for most keepsake pieces.
• Specific requirements will be discussed before production begins.
• Please do not send large quantities unless requested.

Care and Handling
All keepsake materials are handled with care, respect, and confidentiality throughout the creation process.
• Materials are stored securely and used solely for the purpose of creating your custom order.

Unused Materials
Where practical, unused ashes, hair, flowers, or other materials will be returned with your completed order.
• If return is not requested, any remaining material will be respectfully disposed of after your order is completed.

Design Approval
Customers are encouraged to discuss colours, styles, inclusions, and design preferences before production begins.
• Once production has started, significant design changes may not be possible.

Production Time
Keepsake and memorial orders are individually handcrafted and may require additional time compared to standard products.
• Estimated completion times will be provided when your order is confirmed.

Natural Variations
Each keepsake piece is handmade and unique.
• Small bubbles, inclusions, colour variations, and slight differences in appearance are natural characteristics of handcrafted resin artwork and do not constitute faults.

Returns and Refunds
Due to the highly personalised nature of keepsake and memorial jewellery, custom orders cannot be returned or refunded unless the product is faulty under New Zealand consumer law.

Limitation of Liability
While every reasonable care is taken when handling sentimental materials, customers acknowledge that items supplied for custom keepsake work may be irreplaceable.
• TJ Resin Jewellery’s liability is limited to the value of the custom order and does not extend to the sentimental, emotional, or intrinsic value of supplied materials.

Privacy and Confidentiality
We respect the personal nature of every keepsake order.
• Customer information and supplied materials will remain confidential and will not be shared with third parties.
• Photographs of completed pieces may only be used for promotional purposes with customer permission.
