Products
All products are handmade and may have slight variations in colour, pattern, size, and finish. These natural differences are part of the unique character of handmade resin pieces and are not considered defects.
Custom Orders
Custom orders are created based on the information and materials you provide. You are responsible for ensuring all names, dates, colours, and design details are correct before production begins. Once production has started, changes may not be possible.
Memorial & Keepsake Pieces
Items such as ashes, hair, flowers, sand, holiday souvenirs, and other personal materials are handled with care and respect. While every effort is made to protect supplied materials, TJ Resin Jewellery cannot accept liability for any unforeseen loss, damage, or contamination beyond our reasonable control.
Pricing
All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Intellectual Property
All designs, photographs, logos, and website content remain the property of TJ Resin Jewellery and may not be copied, shared, or reproduced without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
TJ Resin Jewellery is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
